1. Sponsor

The Blessing Wheel ("Promotion") is sponsored by InBetween Chapters ("Sponsor"), a ministry led by Pastor Ben. The Promotion is administered through blessingwheel.inbetweenchapterspastor.com.

2. Eligibility

The Promotion is open to individuals who:

• Are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry
• Have a valid email address
• Are not employees, contractors, or immediate family members of InBetween Chapters
• Reside in a location where such promotions are legally permitted

Void where prohibited by law. Sponsor reserves the right to verify eligibility and disqualify any entrant who does not meet these requirements.

3. Promotion Period

The Promotion begins on the date of site launch and continues through December 31, 2026("Promotion Period"), or until prizes are exhausted, whichever comes first. Sponsor reserves the right to extend or terminate the Promotion at any time without prior notice.

4. How to Enter

To enter the Blessing Wheel:

1. Visit blessingwheel.inbetweenchapterspastor.com
2. Enter your first name and valid email address in the entry form
3. Click "Enter the Blessing Wheel" to submit your entry
4. Follow the on-screen prompts to spin the wheel

Entry Limits: One entry per email address per day. Multiple entries from the same email address on the same day will be disqualified. Entries must be received during the Promotion Period to be valid.

Free to Enter: No purchase, payment, or donation is necessary to enter or win. Making a donation to InBetween Chapters does not increase your chances of winning.

5. Prizes & Odds

The Blessing Wheel randomly awards one of the following prizes:

Odds of Winning: Odds depend on the total number of eligible entries received and the random distribution programmed into the Blessing Wheel. Each prize has a predetermined probability of being awarded.

6. Winner Notification & Prize Claim

Upon winning, you will be immediately shown your prize on-screen and receive a confirmation email at the address provided during entry. To claim your prize:

• Click the "Claim My Prize" button in the email
• Or follow the instructions in the on-screen result page
• Prizes must be claimed within 30 days of winning

Unclaimed prizes will be forfeited after 30 days. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, misdirected, or undeliverable emails.

7. Prize Restrictions

All prizes are subject to the following restrictions:

• Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash
• Membership prizes cannot be combined with other offers
• The Spin Again Bonus has no cash value and may only be used during the Promotion Period
• Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable
• All taxes, if any, are the sole responsibility of the winner

8. Privacy & Data Use

By entering, you consent to Sponsor collecting and using your name and email address for the purpose of administering this Promotion and contacting you about InBetween Chapters ministries. Your information will not be sold to third parties. See our Privacy Policy for complete details.

Winners' names may be published on InBetween Chapters platforms (with consent) for promotional purposes.

9. General Conditions

Sponsor reserves the right to:

• Disqualify any entrant who violates these rules or engages in fraud
• Modify, suspend, or terminate the Promotion due to technical issues or unforeseen circumstances
• Extend the Promotion Period at its sole discretion
• Interpret these rules and all decisions are final and binding

10. Limitation of Liability

By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any and all liability, loss, damage, or injury arising from participation in the Promotion or receipt/use of any prize, including but not limited to personal injury, property damage, or death.

Sponsor is not responsible for technical failures, internet outages, or any other circumstances beyond its reasonable control that may affect entry or prize delivery.

11. Disputes

This Promotion is governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved individually through binding arbitration, and entrants waive any right to class action or jury trial.
